James was exteremely helpful in helping me to find a bed that suited my preferences

Whilst approaching the store in Fulham, Wandsworth Road Branch, I was looking for parking when one of the assistants James came running out and opened the gate to the carpark. I found this to be very commendable and intuitive, prompted by his manager who I believe is called Zen.. James then continued to assist us and advise us. We found him be extremely knowledgable on the products and what we needed. I would have no hesitation to recommend this store to friends and family. The service was very agreeable and most attentive.

We have needed a new bed for a while so my wife and I popped up to Wandsworth high stree where there are a benson for beds an dream right by each other. In bensons we informed the assistant of what we were after and at first he was helpful, but then after a while he just seemed to show us anything he wanted to really ignoring what we requested, he was to keen on printing out an order of what we had liked, he didn’t seem interested in us in fact he was distant to our requirements. So we then popped into dreams next door my wife went up to the assistant (Andrew Chung) an informed him of what bed we were looking for, he didn’t ask us our budget he just showed us beds we had requested, within no time we had selected our bed, mattress an head board, we both felt really comfortable with Andrew he came across as he was Helping us choose not just pointing at beds and stating statics, every thing he was doing he was doing to help, we really appreciate that he ensured we were getting the right bed at the right price, he explained all the details patiently to us we are very grateful, in my opinion he went above and beyond my expectations and requirements, thank you Paul stocker

The staff were great, friendly,efficient,knowledgeable,very patient with attention to details. Worked good as a team creating a nice environment to visit. Besides being offered tea or coffee which was a nice touch, they made what I would describe as a nightmare choosing the right bed for me,simple and easy with no stress. Quality service! How refreshing.

We were offered help immediately on entering the store and shown appropriate products. There was a good range of choice and we tried out several types of mattresses eventually deciding on one. There was plenty of time to discuss our choice and our assistant understood our particular needs and responded to them.

I was given the information and help from assistance within the store. They were very helpful and clear about the product that was bought,reassuring me that I was getting value for money with the product that I purchased.

Customer service by Andrew Chung - Fulham store was amazing So friendly- very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble Even offered tea and coffee during our shopping trip - never had service like that before in any shop!
