Dreams - Fulham

From the moment of entering the Fulham store, I was greeted with friendly staff, especially Havina-Phostene, who was incredibly professional, yet relaxed andtook time to understand what I needed and made me feel very welcome - even an hour before they were closing the store on a Friday afternoon! Offering me a tea or coffee was a lovely touch after being in the cold and the hospitable experience took away from the pushy sales man image that has put me off buying a bed in other stores. Super friendly, lovely staff - highly recommend!

I was approached by Ted as soon as I entered the store, he was very helpful with my request for a bed for my daughter, I chose within minutes, was given an excellent cup of tea and was out of the store within about 15-20 minutes. Perfect.

After searching for my ideal bed for two weeks on the internet and in various specialist shops, it took me mere 10 minutes to decided and to buy the Astridge Kingsize bed in Dreams store in Wandsworth Bridge Road. Teresa and Zed listen to my requirements, presented me with a number of options to suit my style and budget! The decision to buy there and then was very easy, and I am very happy that a delivery was arranged within 3 days. Talking of a customer service - I was extremely well looked after, the staff is knowledgeable, re-active and very friendly. Zen was very quick to act and offered me an excellent deal. Dream service! James was extremely knowledgeable about every mattress on the sales floor. He listened to what I wanted and was looking for and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. He took into consideration my budget and worked within that to give me the exact type of mattress I was looking for.

The clerk Saiva was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt she shared all pertinent info with me about specials and add ons without being pushy. She made the sale and I will go back again if in need.
