I needed a bed in a hurry, at a reasonable price. I was able to get delivery in just a few days of a most suitable product.

The gentleman that served me was extremely experienced with his work various questions were asked he had answers for each questions ie different types of mattresses and it’s functional support to the body

We found store manager Zed to be very helpful. He knew a great deal about the various mattresses and allowed us plenty of time to find out which ones we liked. He also stepped away and allowed us to discuss the purchase together, without standing nearby and creating tension. This was very helpful to us.

Just went in to have a look at the t.v beds ,was offered a tea or coffee as soon as we walked in. The sales staff were very knowledgeable but left us in peace to look which we liked. The sales person who helped us was Tyler very charming and easy to talk to ,answered all our questions with ease no" errring or sorry don't know the answer to that". The manager was also very helpful (Zed) ensuring that we had all the right paperwork and letting us know when the bed and mattress would be delivered as we think Tyler was newish to your company even if he was he done a brilliant job .So well done to you and your company as we had brought a bed 2 weeks before for our son from your New Malden branch but have to say Fulham Branch won hands down.

The Manager Zed welcomed us int othe shop, was friendly and helpful. He backed this up with great knolwedge of the products and practical advice on what to purchase. Didn't oversell unnecessarily and came across as an excellent representative for the company. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Far better experience in Dreams than with competitors.

We were offered tea ☕️. We were also offered different pillows to try out. A number of different options were offered to us. Very satisfied with the service.

Zed served us. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure he found the right mattress for us.
