James was extremely helpful. He welcomed us into the store and offered us a beverage and his assistance if and when we needed it. He let us come to him when we were ready and he was ready to assist. He was able to discuss mattress options and the different bed slats with us as we had many questions. We are really happy with all we chose today and I believe this was due to James' assistance. James (the guy in Wandsworth bridge branch) was so nice the temperature was high and he offered us also some drink for getting fresh ourself also they were so friendly and patience to explain us everytings about bed etc we will come back

Great experience in the shop. Buying a bed is stressful because of the complexity of all the options but Zed was so helpful in helping us pickup the perfect choice of bed and mattress.

The store manager who served me showed me various options for the mattress and bed and i was able to choose the bed i liked without pressure and with professional advice. Zed was really helpful and friendly and the cost of the purchase was very reasonable. Also the delivery date was quicker than expected with the option of a Sunday delivery which means i won't need to take time off work to wait for the bed to be delivered. I was impressed with the overall service and have already recommended the store to family members.

The sales representitive, Andrew Chung, knew all about the products, was very polite and helpful and we were able the purchase the bed of our choice and select a delivery date that suited us. All in all and excellent experience.

I was greeted with a friendly smile and an offer of a tea or coffee by Andrew in the Fulham, London branch. I took a picture of the sticker on my old mattress and he was able to recommend the current version in stock. He was efficient, knowledgeable and a total gent , telling me he has worked for Dreams for many years. I'm looking forward to my new bed arriving later this month. Thanks Andrew!
