highly professional sales assistant named James, kind and patient, very attentive, helpful. I was walking a long distance to reach the shop so he offered and made a nice mug of coffee for me.

Andrew our sales assistant at Wandsworth branch was friendly, helpful and efficient with good product knowledge. Asked us what we were looking for and gave us several options with varied prices so we didn't feel as though he was just trying to get a good pricey sale. Order process was quick and painless which was good as we had our 1 year old who was getting restless. We stayed in store after closing time and Andrew did not make us feel us though we were a burden. Very happy customers!
