Andrew Chung Dreams Fulham Branch was highly professional, not at all pushy but kept his advice relevant to products in my researched range/price /quality/type of mattress. He steered me to comparable products and allowed me to make my own judgement. I felt confident that I had made a good decision and obtained the best value for my budget. I was able to purchase a better mattress that I had otherwise considered as I was shown options that were not excessively more costly than my original budget. the Assistant that served me (Andrew Chung) was fantastic. Really helpful, explained everything thoroughly and product knowledge was great without been over enthusiastic for you to buy anything. Made the experience pleasant and I trusted the product I was buying.

From entering the store the staffs are well mannered and greeting to us. James introduce himself and asking what we are looking for and he also offered us cold/hot drinks while in the store. he explain and advise about the products, he is more knowledgeable about the products it make it more easier for what we are looking for and he answered all our questions. we would give him 10/10 for from to start to end the service he provided us. i would definitely recommended the all the staffs who works in Dreams.
