The chap who helped us in the store was great and acomodating he even let us bring our dog in which a lot of people say no but we were actually there to order, he knew the products and we were out and ordered with a quick delivery

James who sold us the TV bed and mattress was extremely helpful and attentive. He gave us lots of information on the beds and was very pleasant and friendly to deal with. We originally went in to just buy a mattress!! And left with a mattress and TV bed!

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. Firstly the team was very warm and welcoming. We were greeted by Zed who firstly asked us what we were looking for and listened. He was then able to recommend a product that suited our needs and budget. Once we choose our bed, he then recommended some complimentary products, including bed head, base and pillows. Things that we were not thinking about however would have needed and it was great to be able to purchase a complete solution in the one visit. This experience was very satisfying (the best I have had since moving to London 6 months ago!). It made the experience very easy, for a purchase I have been dreading. Thank you to Zed and the team at Dreams, it was truly a positive experience.

James Sutton was very helpful and store manager zain was very good and helpful .

Andrew was experienced, friendly, helpful, and very kind. He was enthusiastic and patient as we chose our bed and mattress. He was very reassuring on price and quality.

James who looked after us was very good at telling us all about the different beds and firmness of what was on offer,we didn't feel he was pushing us in to anything we didn't want. We are very happy with the bed we got , James was a great help. Thank you.

It was a great experience and baby friendly too. Always difficult to get what you need and in good time when you have a toddler pulling on your pants leg.
