Emma approached us, no need to walk around trying to find someone to help. Emma was extremely helpful, polite and friendly

Jamie was extremely helpful and friendly. He was knowledgable and got us what we were looking for.

Gary who served us was amazing! Helped us as we only wanted to get a mattress but with the time in the store and his help we ended up getting a bed to. We had a change of mind later that day and went back and Gary again, very near his end of shift helped us sort it out!

Your colleague Jamie was a credit to Dreams, he was attentive without being overbearing, and explained the process that we would go through from the start to finish, whilst explaining all the options available to us.

The whole experience was a lot easier than I had expected our sales assistant Ian was really friendly and showed us a range of different priced mattresses, he didn't rush us and answered any questions we had. Delivery time was much quicker than expected and the offer we got on our mattress in my opinion was great considering they are quite a bit more on the tempur website.

Overall happy with my visit to the local Dreams store. The assistant was very professional & courteous with me & recommended a mattress for me to buy
