The staff member was really helpful and put us on the dream bed where it tells you what would be best for you . It wasn't accurate but she showed us other beds that may match . Made us 2 coffees and gave us 4 free pillows

Becky was great she slept matched us then showed us around, made us a drink and left us to look around for a bit so as not to feel pressurised. When we were ready she noticed and came over and talked us through our mattress
