Tanya the lady that assisted us in 337. Was so very kind and helped us greatly. From giving us the best information on the mattresses to giving us a free mattress topper for our product. Honestly, the best customer service I’ve experienced.

We went in looking for a memory foam mattress. Gary greeted us upon entering and was very helpful and knowledgable about what mattress we were looking for. He also recommended the sleepmotion base to us as we were keen on the massage element. Overall very satisfied with experience we received

The genuine helpfulness of the member of staff to find what I needed I never would have thought I needed a firm mattress and would not of even looked at them if she had not shown us one in particular after going on the bed machine to see which would be right .

I visited the store as I was in need of a new mattress but I was unsure of what mattress would be best for me and was concerned that there may not be one in my price range. After a little time of browsing, Becky approached us and explained that she would be able to help. Becky was very patient and helpful and was able to find a mattress that was exactly what I was looking for and well within my budget. She understood my needs, explained everything clearly and didn’t push when I explained that I had a budget to stick to. I came away with a new mattress ordered and was very satisfied with the service I received.

The first time we visited we were served by a high pressure salesman, we were unimpressed and he was quite rude when we didn't purchase an expensive mattress immediately.He was not going to get a sale. The second time we were served by Tanya. Epitome of a real saleswoman and her customer service excellent. Patient, listened and allowed us to take our time. It was this comfortable sales atmosphere that allowed us to relax, really consider our purchase and get the right bed for us.Tanya was thoughtful enough to call us when the mattress we wanted was on offer. We arranged to come in during one of her shifts. At the point of purchase she clearly explained all the t's and C's and ensured we fully understood the returns policy (I had misunderstood it prior to this). Tanya ensured that the delivery instructions were fully taken down. Throughout the process she seemed to really care that we got what we want, understood what was on offer, were given time to consider, explained all the specs and different types of beds. We were offered drinks each time we visited, given pillows to trial the bed and used the sleep assessment machine. See you in 8 years P.s. your toilet door lock needs fixing

I have purchased beds from Dreams over the years. I have just moved into my new home in Yorkshire so my first port of call for beds was Dreams in Halifax. Fiona was most helpful from choosing beds to explaining about the delivery. On delivery day the beds arrived in the allocated slot and the 2 men delivering were helpful, polite and courteous.
