Dreams - Halifax

I have purchased beds from Dreams over the years. I have just moved into my new home in Yorkshire so my first port of call for beds was Dreams in Halifax. Fiona was most helpful from choosing beds to explaining about the delivery. On delivery day the beds arrived in the allocated slot and the 2 men delivering were helpful, polite and courteous.

Very satisfied with the help and advice given. We were impressed with the machine that advised which type of mattress we should purchase too. The assistant allowed us to have a browse and test mattresses without pressuring us or hanging around us too much. Very knowledgeable and didn’t push only the expensive products that were over our budget.

Really helpful staff very knowledgeable and gave you plenty of space to make decisions but were available when needed. This made for a very pleasant shopping experience

As soon as we entered the store the two staff, Fiona and Tanya, were exceptionally helpful. They both had an excellent knowledge of the products and were very pleasant and attentive to our needs. At no point was there any pressure to make a decision and we were able to wander around looking and re-looking at the range. Coffee was offered and we were able to look, consider and ask more questions whilst we enjoyed our refreshments!

The lady, (Fiona) was very helpful and explained everything clearly.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, helped us at the start with the mattress matching machine then showed us round and showed us how the store worked, she then left us to try until we were happy with one. Not at all pushy like other stores. Neat tidy quiet relaxing store. Will recommend & return in the future.

From the minute we walked in to the store we was made to feel welcomed by a very nice young lady called Becky who went the extra mile to explain to us in great detail about each product that was suitable For both myself and my husband. She was a great help in us choosing the right mattress.

A young lady called Becky approached us and asked if we needed help as soon as we arrived in store. Our experience was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. Becky went that extra mile to make our purchase enjoyable, not only was she friendly helpful and polite, we had fun as well 😁 10/10

we were attended to by fiona1st thing she did was offer a coffee or tea.she was very helpful & explained everything to us made us feel very welcome and was very knowledgeable made our visit very pleasant & easy for us to decide what we needed.
