From the moment we walked through the door we was greeted by members of staff and offered assistance and also a drink. Eventhough the store was seemingly quiet due to bad weather, staff were attentive but not too clingy which was very professional and we appreciated that. Staff were knowledgeable and ready to cater for our needs. We felt very nervous about getting things prepared for moving into our first ever home, however the ease of purchasing a mattress here made things seem a lot better.

We came away from the store knowing that we had been supported to select the bed and mattress that best suited our requirements

Your staff were excellent. Becky, the woman who helped us choose our mattress was charming and informative. She guided us but didn't push us into buying anything. Her knowledge of the products you sell was very good and her suggestions were appreciated.

The woman rebecca was so nice and helpful, wasnt pushy or pressuring. Made me a nice cup of tea, showed me a phew mattresses in my price range. Was polite and kind.

Sales assistance very knowledgeable and helpful without being "pushy" as this would have put me off.Type of bed and mattress l wanted were in same proximity so easy to compare.

The assistant , Rebecca, was professional,friendly and highly knowledgeable. It was a prompt, high quality service and one which I will recommend to friends and family.

I already knew what I wanted before I went in the staff were very helpful in finding it and didn’t pressure me into buying something else

Staff (Tanya and Becky) were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Took into account all of our requirements and budget too.

The team were extremely friendly, they asked me what I wanted and was able to complete my order quickly and easily. As I was with my young son I needed to be in and out as quickly as possible and the staff helped with this while also entertaining my son to makes things easier for me. They ensured that I was buying the correct products for what I needed. They asked me if I wanted to buy anything else and advised me of the current deals on offer but did not push sales for things that I did not want or need.
