Dreams - Halifax

I went in with my 6 year old daughter. The staff were fantastic with her. And they were great with me. Becky was excellent with product knowledge and leaving me to make my own decisions. Fantastic experience.

We were assisted by Rebecca in the Halifax Store. She offered us a tremendous service, she was on hand to help us without being overly pushy. Her knowledge and expertise reassured us of what we were buying the correct product for our needs

The vist to dreams was so relaxing Rebecca was so helpful the moment we walked though the door. Rebecca talked us through everything so it was easy for us to decide on which mattress we wanted and would be best for us.i would recommend dreams to anyone.

The staff at the Halifax store were very knowledgable, friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Our contact Gary knew the matresses inside and out of each product and let us try and explained each product. Very pleased with our purchase and of the service - would recommend.

Assistants greeted us when we went in the shop, asked if they could help, offered us a drink, left us to browse. On hand to give help, and again when we had decided to make an order. Staff were helpful, courteous and seemed happy in their work.

Fiona was extremely pleasant and very helpful indeed.

The customer service provided by Tanya at the Halifax store was fantastic even more so with a 4 year old in tow. Tanya kept our daughter entertained whilst still providing exceptional customer service and helping us find the best suited mattress within our budget as well as explaining everything in depth.

Perfect customer service Becky was there when required but also gave us time alone when needed. We were offered drinks on arrival on both visits (we originally browsed the previous day) she was not pushy but offered great insight into the positives of making the purchase. The showroom smelt lovely and was very clean. Also she gave us time to ask questions and didn’t rush the sale.
