Fiona was brilliant. She was really helpful in which mattress matched our needs. As a new member of staff she was confident and you really couldn’t tell she was learning the role. We only knew because she told us!

The store colleague, Ms. Rebecca at the Halifax store, was highly helpful and made sure to recommend the right mattress for me and my wife, within our budget. She also helped to arrange the delivery on a convenient date and time.

the lady was very helpful in helping us to find what we required without being overbearing . in conclusion the lady called Becky was very obliging offer drinks and looking after us.

Walked through the door in from the cold and was offered a nice cup of hot coffee before I even started browsing the store, staff really pleasant not pushy at all, gave me plenty of time to find my choice then came over and explained all about it in simple layman terms, really impressed, the assistant had only been with dreams 10 days, every buyers dream.

Visited the store twice both before and after Christmas. First person Nigel helped us choose the right mattress using the inshore electronic bed. The electronics agreed with me about the mattress I thought I wanted! On the second visit to make the order, Becky was extremely helpful, and made our order as well as recommending some pillows which we already are happily using. An excellent experience so far.
