Friendly and non-aggressive service. Quickly approached in a friendly but professional manner. Helpful advice provided on the products and grading. Nice closure of the Sale with details on the "extras" without being pushy on anything.

A consultant took us through the whole process including the dreams bed machine

On entering the store we were allowed to browse ourselves at first which we like. Then we were approached by an assistant called Gary who advised us to go on sleep machine for a better idea of the mattress we needed. When the results were in Gary showed us all the mattresses that it advised. Gary was very informative about each mattress and let us discuss each mattress between ourselves he wasn’t pushy at all. Due to him being such a patient salesman we spent a lot more on a mattress than intended. Now awaiting delivery and to try it out

When we entered the Store, Gary welcomed us and asked if we needed any help. Gary was really friendly, not pushy and supported us only when necessary. Gary also helped us with the Sleep technology to help identify which mattress was best for us. We were impressed with the technology in store and the assistance and would definitely return to the Halifax Store in the future.

ALL OUR QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED AND WHEN WE COULD NOT MAKE OUR MINDS UP OVER 2 MATTRESSES WE WERE LEFT ALONE TO MAKE OUR FINAL DECISION WHICH WE REALLY LIKED!
