The store was clean warm & welcoming the staff very friendly and helpful. We went for a particular mattress but after looking into the details decided to go for a different type. This decision was made a lot easier with the help of the assistant who saw us through the whole process

We were greeted very politely, and offered the sleepmaster test to find our ideal match. We were shown a number of suitable beds and felt no pressure to buy. The salesman made us feel very welcome and offered us both a hot drink whist we made our decision. A convenient time was arranged for delivery. Everything we were promised was delivered. 10/10
