Dreams - Halifax

I made a phone call in the morning of the 26.12 to enquire if a specific bed frame was available to view and was advised that it was and the opening times of the store. We visited the store a couple of hours later and when I went to the bed frame we were interested in, Gary, from Dreams Halifax, introduced himself and asked if I was the lady that had phoned earlier. He then spent time with us showing us the different options for the base and then also spent a lot of time showing us the different mattress options and explaining the differences. Whilst being very helpful and having great product knowledge we were left to browse for as long as we needed to without feeling there was any 'sales' push. Gary waited until we had spent a lot of time making our selections and was then immediately on hand to deal with our order, overall a very pleasant and helpful experience.

We were served by Becky in the Halifax store and she was very attentive, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We felt Becky was very welcoming and more than happy to help us and answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend.

Becky listened to our needs, gave us the opportunity to use the machine to see what the best mattress for us was, took the time to let us try different mattresses and answered any questions. Her collegues entertained our children and gave them drinks and colouring and we were given a cuppa. At no time did we feel pressured and we felt that she was honest about the finance agreement and products. We found her very trustworthy which was important to us when spending this amount of money.

Gary was very knowledgable and efficient. The quality of the frame and mattress was excellent. I spent a little more than I expected, but I think it was money well spent.

On the 21st December we decided to call into Dreams Halifax to ‘just have a quick look’ at beds before the sales started. It was a long time since we purchased a bed but when we set foot inside the store we quickly realised it was not going to be an easy or quick job. Then we met GARY our super hero who took us in hand and applied all his wonderful knowledge. Gary asked what we required then provided a coffee and placed us on a magic bed that worked out what type of bed would be best for us. That was very helpful as it narrowed the field. He explained about different types of mattresses and provided us with a relevant pillow to use when testing the different beds. The job was fairly easy then as Gary showed us different beds, different prices and medium to firm range as my husband and I varied in our requirements. There was something for everyone and our thanks go to Gary for being so helpful

I knew what bed frame I wanted but, I had no idea of mattress type. I did have a tight budget for it and Becky went through a range of mattresses within my budget. And seemed really knowledgeable about them.

The gentleman was very plesant, helpful and very informative. It was quick and easy to pick and order our matress. Delivery was very quick too.
