Rebecca / Becky was really lovely in store. She approached us regularly to see how we were getting on choosing and what to recommend for us. It was a really nice VIP experience buying our first bed.

the assistant was on hand straight away and led us through the procedures of bed testing and availability with ease. we were encouraged to try out the beds and shown the various designs along with colours and headboards with plenty of time to make up our minds. We were offered a drink and a seat while going through the paperwork. very happy with the whole experience.
