The assistance given was first class. The gentleman who served us had a good knowledge of the product and was able to guide us to the mattress most suitable to our needs.

The colleague was very supportive, she offered time to get to know my needs and gave me various options that would be best for the space I had, the level of firmness and comfort I wanted.

Rebecca was very helpful, and as a result we will return tot he Halifax store.

I originally visited the store with no intentions of actually purchasing a bed. I was really looking for an idea of what I’d like. Nigel greeted me and made me feel very welcome. He answered all my initial questions having never bought my own bed before. He showed me the virtual machine so I could find my perfect mattress. I was amazed! Nigel then came back over and showed me the mattresses that fit my results and he couldn’t be more helpful in finding what I did and didn’t like. He was very knowledgeable about what’s most popular, the best thing for me and also had a very friendly personality. He offered me drinks and further assistance whilst leaving me to try out the different mattresses. When I’d found my pick, we proceeded to pay. It was an easy process and as I had opted for finance, Nigel made everything very clear. I proceeded with a mattress protector, duvet cover and 4 pillows also. Whilst waiting to finalise everything, we kept delving into personal life, with Nigel telling me he’s working part time as he’s studying for a law degree. I wish him all the best in the future and in a few years when I need a new bed, I hope to find someone like Nigel again.

Salesman came as we got into the store, asked what we were looking for, Then asked if we wanted to go on the special machine to tell us what comfort of the mattress we would require, Next he showed us and let us try different beds to choose from, We chose a mattress and were brought coffee while the sales man was making out the bill. We also bought a mattress cover. Delivery the next week. What more could be easier. Thank you Dreams.
