We entered the store wanting a new mattress as were both suffering from aches and pains with our current mattress. We had little idea about the type of mattress we needed so began looking around. We were soon approached by Gary who asked what we were after and suggested we use the machine in store to work out the best mattress for us. After using this he talked us through the options. He was very knowledgeable and also pointed out the mattresses which had money off. He then gave us time to try them out and left us to it to make our decision. Our decision wasn’t rushed and Gary is a credit to your store with his knowledge and helpful nature.

We thought that being able to have our needs tailored to by our body weight and sleep position so we knew what firmness of mattress we needed was a good idea so that we could go straight to the ones suited to us and try them out which saved a lot of time. We were given good information on the ones that we looked at which is important and so was very happy with our purchase and the kind, professional help from the sales assistant.

I was very impressed with the level of service offered by Nigel at the Halifax store. He answered all my questions, allowed me time to test the product out and wasn't 'pushy' as I have experienced in other shops.

Every thing went fine, Becky was very professional at all times.

Becky was very helpful and very knowledgeable on the different mattress available in the store and which best suited myself. She kept me update of the offers on in the store which led me to purchasing a new tempur mattress
