The customer service was very good. Friendly and always ready to provide assistance and answer any questions without being pushy and trying to oversell. Your employees were pleasant and hospitable, we were even offered u cup of tea whilest taking down our details (a very good cuppa, might I add). The products seem to be of good quality and the warranty service offered with the products was very reassuring of that. The pricing of the products we purchased seemed very fair and affordable.

The employee listened to our budget and needs and was very helpful and insightful.

We found Becky to be very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She wasn't pushy and gave us time to decide, but was there to answer any questions we had. Best of all, she didn't 'jump on us'
