Dreams - Halifax

After previously visiting Benson for Beds searching for a new bed and mattress, we immediately found the staff underwhelming, short and unpleasant. Disheartened we reviewed other options and knowing that a Dreams branch was local to us we thought we'd give them a go. Personally I was looking for something suitable to aid myself and my wife whom has Arthritis, and whilst currently renovating our new home it felt the right time to get a new bed and mattress. On Saturday the 17th we visited Dreams and were greeted by Becky. Straight away she was warm and welcoming and when I explained my requirements we tried the bed machine (or whatever its called haha). Long story short we narrowed down 2 mattresses. Unable to decide on the day after lots of trying and thinking we went away. There was no pressure from Becky, her knowledge and understanding was on a different level which made our experience not only easier but an absolute pleasure. After sleeping on the decision (pardon the pun), we returned to the store on Sunday the 18th August and made our big and HAPPY purchase of our new bed. Well done Dreams, and what more well done Becky, a real asset to the company.

We were helped by Nigel who was very informative and gave us some good advice. We had a go on the mattress analyser, which was interesting and useful in helping us to make a decision. Nigel explained the colour coding on the beds and we could clearly see which mattresses were firm. We felt well taken care of and we were free to browse and try out the beds. Nigel was attentive, without being pushy. We were offered pillows to help us try out the beds fully.

I was assisted immediately and offered the sleepmatch. The initial bed I tried was too hard so the assistant immediately conducted me to a better option for me, which I purchased. The assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly and could answer and explain all my queries.

I was asked if I needed assistance upon entering the store, and directed to the Sleepmatch. I found the mattress I'd seen online too hard so was immediately shown a mattress which would suit me better. The assistant was able to answer all my questions and was very helpful and friendly.

We were served by Melissa she was very knowledgeable and very helpful . We will definitely be back .

Extremely quick service, we wasn’t in the store long at all. Gary offered us refreshments. Lovely atmosphere in the store, soon as we entered we got greeted.
