Dreams - Halifax

Had been into the store 3 times in total prior to making the purchase and was assisted by Nigel each time . Nigel was friendly and very knowledgeable, without being pushy or impatient. He allowed my husband and I to try numerous beds, made us refreshments and offered constructive advice.

We recieved quick friendly service.

Halifax dreams staff were extremely helpful with everything I asked very polite.

We had a really good experience on our visit Melissa was very professional and friendly. She was not pushy made my husband and I feel at ease. We were offered tea or coffee.Mellisa knew about all the different matresses we even had a go on some kind of analysis bed which told us which mattress was the best for us. This really helped we will definitely recommended dreams to our family and friends yours J craven .

The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and we got exactly what we were looking for at a price we were happy with, with no problem at all.

The staff were friendly, offered us a drink and didn’t pressure us in any way. I would have liked to see a sample of the bed in the colour we chose even if it was a small block sample

Becky was very knowledgeable on the products and recommended we take the Sleep Match test, We where very impressed with the technology and it gave us confidence in the purchase we made would be right for us. Becky gave us all the information we needed and left us to chose the matters we like most, Becky was very professional with out been pushy. While talking to other customers we recommended they too took the Sleep Match test.

We were greeted by Becky at your Halifax store and she looked after us while we spent a fair amount of time selecting the best matress and base for ourselves. We then went back a few weeks later and dealt with Becky again, service was great, could have done with delivery being a bit sooner , but Becky couldnt do anything about that.
