Entered store and on browsing Rebecca approached and offered a very welcoming offer of assistance to ascertain what we needed and explained many options available enabling us to make the right choice. Highly delighted with her valuable expertise and knowledge and hopefully we have made a great purchase.

Very pleased with overall assistance from the staff and efficiency.

Nigel was very knowledgable and helpful. The bed testing machine helped us narrow down our choices from the bewildering selection. It was nice to be able to try the beds and take our time choosing.

Rebecca, the assistant, was very careful to establish my needs. She offered me several different solutions, made me a cup of coffee and allowed me space and time to try the different products. She did not try to force a sale or to hurry my choice. She was very knowledgable about all the different products.

Nigel was very understanding of what we were looking for, he was very knowledgeable, there was no 'hard sell' and he seemed a genuinely friendly person

Staff were attentive and helpful. Prices weren’t as competitive as seen elsewhere but as staff had been so good felt that we owed them some loyalty.

Assist was available immediately, had all information I needed,was very friendly,listened to all my problems with acquiring product in the past, overall very good,and most of all allowed my to try the product before I bought which was a major plus for me.

The staff were friendly when entering the store, I heard other interactions between customers as I walked around and Becky was friendly and asked what I wanted rather than showing me what she thought I needed

The gentlemen named Gary was very welcoming, others us hot drinks whilst we browsed. The store was big and quiet and very good to make decisions even with two bored kids.

very helpful staff, Nigel, who dealt with us was very helpful and knowledgable and with good guidance helped us get exactly what we needed. As we weren't rushed and with all the help given to us by Nigel it made it a very pleasant and fruitful visit. All in all we left the store very happy with the service given from start to finish and bought our bed with ease.
