As soon a I walked in with my partner we was greeted straight away and ask if we was ok and if we would like a tea or coffee Gary helped us find the bed we wanted and was happy waiting with us while we decide in the end he was very friendly and order our bed we wanted in no time great guy

Good all round help from the staff

Gary allowed us to first browse the store to get a feel of the collection on beds he then came over to greet us and offer us a coffee. We originally wanted an ottoman style bed however after he took us through a wider range of frames and mattresses, as well as doing the sleep match test we ended up choosing a completely different bed. He made us feel at ease and really took his time with us, he was extremely professional but also very friendly. I would highly recommend his service to anyone.

Friendly staff and easy to talk to while we decided which bed we wanted.

Becky was very helpful and very patient when we were unsure of our decision.

Becky was knowledgable and helped us despite the fact we were worried about spending so much money on a mattress. We cam to Dreams after buying a mattress online and it was a complete waste of money so we were wary. The mattress machine is amazing and we cant wait for the mattress to be delivered. Just disappointed with the wait time.
