We went to the shop twice. The first time Nigel talked us through the different types of beds and what would sort us the most. The second time Becky talked us through the insurance available and different types of pillows. We didn't feel rushed and were given all th information needed.

Waqas was excellent. He recommended I try the machine to recommend a mattress and although my husband was not with me at the time he entered his details to get the best information. I was offered a drink whilst browsing. I had looked on the internet and had already seen the Wells bed frame. I had gone looking for a new bed as I am experiencing lower back, sciatica pain. On returning to the store a couple of days after, the Wells frame had 20% off and this was refunded which I was extremely grateful. After reading negative reviews on Tempur as a company and their mattresses I do have concerns, however, they have been alleviated slightly with the knowledge of the 30 night guarantee. I do hope we love it as we have been told we definately will. Thank you, Waqas for your help.

I have a back problem so it was important that I got good, clear, sound advice, this we got from Gary who also suggested we took part on the tester bed to help choose the right bed for us. This was at the Victoria Retail Park, Halifax

We were approched by Gary at the Halifax branch and after explaining that we wanted to look for ourselves he was very hands off until we needed further assistance. Upon hearing that we wanted a mattress and bed, he took us over to a machine that would determine the correct mattress for us. Once we had found the bed that we liked Gary was very informative and explained about the difference between sprung bedframes and those without. We were clear that we weren't in a position to purchase that day but Gary was happy to stay with us and help us get as much information as we could. He explained the bed and mattress cover and with not feeling any pressure whatsoever he offered to tot it all up for us and quote us a price. 3 weeks later, after having completed on our new house and been able to measure up properly, we returned to the store and made a beeline for Gary as we wanted to complete with him. We explained that our circumstances had changed and that the bed we wanted would not fit our new bedroom and that we wanted a divan bed. Gary showed us all options, prices and explained the drawers. He found our old quote no problem, amended it and sold us our new bed.
