It was the easiest purchase we have ever made. We were expecting to spend all day Sunday looking around different bed stores to choose a bed but was so impressed with the products and service at Dreams that we had to look no further. As long as the delivery and set up go well the I am a 100% satisfied customer and will most certainly be returning to make further purchases.

Gary was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and demonstrated the bed storage systems without being asked.

Gary can over to help us whilst we were looking at beds. We are thinking of replacing ours and was initializing just going in to find out what's beds were on offer. He spent a lot of time showing us the different options available. And which would best suit our needs.

The gentleman who looked after me from the moment I entered the shop was extremely helpful he explained everything about the products. I had no idea about these things.

Becky was absolutely fantastic, she was extremely helpful and took the time to listen to exactly what problems we had previously with bad mattresses. She took into account our bad backs and also recommended the best pillows to go with the mattress which had been allocated for us. Although we spent more money than we thought we would, we felt that it was money very well spent. Becky was so patient and didnt hassle us to buy anything - she also made the best cup of tea! What a fantastic member of your team she is.

We were served by Nigel at the Halifax branch, he was really friendly with myself, my partner and our child which was really nice as some stores are not very baby friendly. He answered all our questions and made good recommendations based on our budget rather than pushing towards the more expensive items we couldn’t afford. He advised us to try the mattress testing machine and explained the results to us. He talked us through all the offers and discounts that were available that day, which enables us to find our perfect bed, mattress and bedding all within our budget at the same time. All other members of staff that we encountered were friendly and helped us with any queries. The order was place quickly and efficiently which was perfect as our baby was starting to get fussy and the delivery time was great. Overall highly satisfied and will definitely return when in need of a new mattress! Excellent service all round
