I was shown round the store and shown all products available, we was also given refreshments, staff was really helpful.

The assistant was very helpful ,polite,and you had what we were looking for

Nigel was very friendly and helped us to make our first ever purchase in dreams. We did not know where to start and he gave us just enough guidance, without being overbearing. Nigel was very understanding of our price range and did not push us into anything more expensive. I am very satisfied with my experience today.

Mattress type bed scanner narrowed down search and saved time as we felt the recommendations were generally what we would have eventually shortlisted. Interest free credit was great. Cups of tea whilst we tried mattresses was nice. Discount also appreciated.

Fab staff, very impressed

The staff introduced themselves to us and let us know that they were here if we wanted any help. We were also offered a choice to try their computerised mattress comparison bed to see what would be best suited for us. This did speed up our process in deciding which mattress was best for us. Overall a pleasant experience.
