Becky, the member of staff, was excellent. She has a professional and very friendly manner and was able to deal with our purchase swiftly. She also explained the cover plans etc in an easy to understand manner. First rate.

Not a long drawn out time in the store and three different choices of mattress, making a decision quick and relatively painless. (Two week wait for delivery though... would have preferred a week's wait!)

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who took time to understand what you were looking for then showed you a selection of beds that fitted the brief and explained differences and pro/cons of each with detailed knowledge of the construction/ durability This is the second bed I have bought here and I returned because of the staff knowledge and great customer service

i was struggling with choice and budget but the ladies helped me decide based on various things like space, practicality and comfort. very polite and friendly and I would highly recommend the Halifax store based on my experience. it was obvious to me the staff were knowledgeable and keen to help and advise.
