We were dealt with by a lady called Becky. She came over when we first got into store and explained the ratings for the various mattresses. Then left us to have a look round but was there if we needed her advise. We were also asked twice if we would like a tea or coffee. Thank you very much.

We were not hounded by staff, they asked if we needed assistance but did not hover over us all the time. They had good knowledge of the merchandise and offered good explanations to our questions.
