My wife and I had already had some assistance from a female employee of Dreams over the Internet who was happy to listen to our questions and advise us what sort of bed to look for so when we arrived at the Dreams store we already had some idea of what we required. The male employee in the store was very helpful too and his knowledge of the product that we needed was very helpful too.

Staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. They were happy to spend lots of time helping us make a decision. Clean and well laid out store with lots of products available to try. Nice cup of tea.

From the moment I arrived I was welcomed to the store and quickly shown how I could test the various styles and selection of mattress' available. I wasn't put under any pressure but there was always staff close at hand to answer questions or give advice as needed. Both Becky and Nigel were supportive and knowledgeable and I was delighted to give them my order. I will certainly recommend Dreams as company in the future. I trust and expect the delivery to be as excellent as the sales service. My thanks to the staff at the Halifax store for their consideration.

The staff were all eager to help and answered any questions we had. We got dealt with instantly and to the highest of standards and were treat with the upmost respect and everyone was very polite. I asked for the bed in a certain colour and then changed my mind and wasn’t sure if it’d match my room or not - the staff there all helped me decide which they thought would look best which really helped me as I changed the colour and I’m now very glad I did! We were also given drinks whilst completing the paperwork which made it very relaxing. The experience over all just phenomenal!

I didn't really know what kind of mattress I was looking for and the assistant Becky was really helpful and patient with me.
