I wasn’t exactly sure which type of mattress I wanted. Melissa talked me through all the options and explained the importance of having a high spring count. I was unsure of the size so she recommended that I measure my own bed and gave me the details of the two mattresses that I was interested in and checked on delivery times. I returned the next day and placed my order which was dealt with efficiently.

Nigel helped me to decide on what type of mattress was best for me. There was no hard pressure to buy anything which was greatly appreciated. He was knowledgeable and patient! I received a warm welcome from all when walking into the store and was offered a tea/coffee.

We were welcomed as soon as we arrived in the store and the colour code shopping was explained to us. We weren’t sure on what size mattress we needed so we were given a card with Gary’s name on and the details of the mattress we were interested in. Upon returning Gary wasn’t on the shop floor but we were kindly welcomed by another colleague who was very helpful and finalised our purchase for us. She was lovely and chatty and very friendly. Overall a wonderful experience.

Nigel at Halifax went above and beyond to help us get the best mattress and helped us picking up duvet and protectors. Nigel also stay after 18:00 to ensure finance agreement went through. Really happy with the service I have received.

Becky was on hand and not at all ‘pushy’ she listened to my needs and made recommendations. She was friendly and helpful. She talked me through the delivery process and told me about the 40 day offer. A lovely shopping experience.

We are highly satisfied with our experience at the Dreams Halifax Store, Gary the salesman was very thorough, polite, and provided an excellent service and is a credit to Dreams. I would also made us very welcome and he makes an excellent cup of coffee.
