Dreams - Halifax

I have spent a few hours in total walking around bed shops over the past few weeks and ended up walking out empty handed. I went into Dreams (Halifax) and was instantly drawn to a TV bed. Nigel came over and asked if wanted to know more about the bed and we had a great conversation talking about what the bed can do and what we wanted. Nigel was very patient with us and left us to decide what we wanted. The you for your help!

Visited because I needed a new mattress, the service was brilliant from Gary. He went through all the different mattresses available and were very efficient even offered me a hot drink which were kindly acceptable because it was cold outside

They gave just the right amount of help and was not in your face all the time and showed how the bed worked as it is a adjustable bed that we ordered. Very pleased with the service.

Becky approached me when I entered the store and asked if she could help me. I explained I wanted a double bed and as she noticed I had a walking stick she asked if I needed a certain type of mattress for my needs. I explained I had back problems and arthritis in all my joints. She said a firm matress would not help the arthritis and recommended a medium one. She asked if I had a budget and found me a suitable bed with the storage I wanted and the service of the delivery men assembling it for me. She got me a cup of tea while we sorted the sale and delivery date of my new bed and explained about the 30 day try out the mattress then a further day to arrange to swap if it wasn't to my liking. It was a lovely experience and Becky made me feel a very valued customer.

We attended the Dreams store in Halifax to buy a memory foam mattress. Nigel was very friendly, informative and advised us appropriately. - he even offered us a beverage! We got a very good deal and came out very satisfied with the level of service. Thankyou.
