The Assistant we dealt with (Rebecca) was delightful - big smile, answered all our questions very competently and was friendly and charming. Another plus point was that she organised cups of tea/coffee for us while we were completing the paperwork, which were provided by Nigel, another of your assistants.

The shop was well lit and spacious. The products were placed to give easy access. The assitant was well dressed and had good product knowledge.

We were dealt with promptly and came away with an order and delivery date all attended to by one person who dealt with our needs and Gave us space to consider our options along with a lovely cup of coffee !

Helpful assistant but not pushy

Very friendly advisor who was extremely knowledgeable about all products, found us something within our price range and did not try pressure us to spend more, expected delivery to be a lot longer also so that was a nice surprise. There’s something for everyone in this store I’m sure! We will definately be back.

Very helpful member of staff

The Sales Assistant, Nigel, was extremely helpful. He fully explained the different types of mattress and me and my husband were able to test them out. Nothing was too much trouble for Nigel. We felt welcomed and valued as customers.

The young gentleman was very helpful to what I wanted and his knowledge of the different mattress was very helpful.

Nigel the salesman was very knowledgeable and very polite and helpful and explained all the different types of springs, foam & fibres for each mattress. He also left us to make our own minds up and didn't pressurise in any way. We decided on a king-size divan that was on offer and we were very pleased with the product.

The store had the product we wanted and Waqas was very helpful and pleasant.
