Both Becky and Waqas were very friendly. Both offered me a cup of tea or coffee in the first instance. Both were very knowledgeable about the products I was interested in, but were not pushy. I was not rushed. Everything was explained well.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff. No pressure selling. Ample opportunity and time to look at compare and try out different mattresses. Attention paid to my needs regarding back problems, arthritis etc. All product information and prices prominently displayed. All paper completed very easily everything explained step by step. Delivery dates, recycling of old bed and other offers discussed and agreed. Thank you Becky for all your help from somebody who hasn’t purchased a bed for many years.

Rebecca assisted us completely offering a coffee while we waited for our daughter to make a decision between 2 beds and was very informative and friendly.

Gary was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all questions and gave advice as requested. Lovely gentleman. He was not a pushy salesman.

When I called at the store - Wakas asked if he could help - I explained that myself and wife had split up and I needed to purchase a bed what budget I had and what I had in mind - He was very knowledgable about the options I had and alternatives and answered all my questions. He gave me time to think and made himself available for questions offered me a drink as did his college when she returned from seeing a customer. I felt very much at ease and free to get any required help he was efficient and very pleasant and polite. I was happy to spend more than intended and came away with different products but feel they’ll be a much better purchase thanks to the help and advice. I would definitely shop with you again a credit to the company
