We was shown the colour code quality and prices.... then was left to find our favourite style bed and comfy mattress.... we chose the bed of our dreams!! the paper work was complete very quickly! We are now waiting for it to be delivered I don’t need it till November and storage wasn’t a problem so very happy right now👍

Mainly the customer service, the girl who helped me to make a destitution that was right for me was helpful, patient, knowledgeable and very pleasant, makes all the difference to me when I'm shopping, didn't assume anything and was happy and bubbly. Customer service is top for me I had already looked at the products but only completed the purchase due to the assistant, Melissa.

I had already viewed the bed I wanted online but wanted to see it in 'real life' so to speak. I found the bed and had no problems ordering it during my visit to the store.

Welcomed by Gary with an overall impression of a person who offered assistance with being intrusive. A happy experience for my wife and myself leaving us feeling we were valued as potential customers. Upon hearing of our requirements provided us with two very suitable options wherein we chose the second of these. A highly satisfying experience for which we are both grateful.

Came in for a mattress, they sold me a mattress. No pushyness. Great.

I was greeted as soon as I walked into the shop. The different types of mattress were explained to me. Upon choosing the best type for me, Nigel showed me round the store so I could try them out. When I mentioned I would need the bed assembling and old bed taking away Nigel told me what could be done.

The initial call to the store was great. The gentleman knew the product I was calling about, also informed me the price & availability & when I called in he knew who I was right away, spoke to me about the product, was friendly and knowledgeable- very personable. He helped me carry the product to my car & was very helpful.
