I was looking for a new mattress and visited the Halifax store twice over the period of a week. I was greeted by Gary both times who was very helpfull by listening to my needs and explaining the different types of mattress's to me. He was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. It was because of this that I made a purchase that I am very pleased with.

Service was brilliant - I was left alone just enough, informed when I asked, received assistance when I required it. Really impressive

The sales assistant was extremely helpful in explaining the ottoman bed options and sizes to us. She also explained the differences in the mattress types and noted which types would best suit our daughter and last her for a number of years. She had a very nice friendly & patient manner. When purchasing the items we were also offered a drink of tea or coffee which was a nice gesture. Overall a great level of customer service - completely on a different level to other stores of this type we have visited recently. We would definitely return to Dreams to purchase our next bed/ mattress and would not hesitate in recommending the Halifax store to family and friends on the basis of the service received during our visit yesterday. I looked up bed stores nearest to me on line, Dreams came up, I went on to their website and liked that there seemed to be a good variety of beds. I briefly checked over the prices and customer reviews. I made my mind up that from what I saw on line that I would get what I wanted. I brought my daughter along with me to help me decide. Immediately we walked through the door the first thing I noticed was the smell, there was this lovely fragrance, it didn’t appear to be air freshener, it was like an ironing room and it made me feel really relaxed. We enjoyed our time there and I am so pleased with my purchase and the customer service.
