Keith and Becky both from Halifax store were fantastic. Very knowledgable about the products available and were extremely friendly. 10 out of 10 for customer service.

Becky was amazing. After a coffee and a chat about what I was looking for she provided me with a pillow and lead me to the mattress (which is perfect) I thought most suited best for me, remaining friendly and professional throughout the purchase. Excellent sales person. Will be recommending to others. World class service!

We were thrilled with our shopping experience at Dreams. Becky couldn't have been more helpful and attentive and plying my Fiance with coffee helped ensure I got exactly the bed I wanted! We found the store well laid out and very clean. Dreams will be our first port of call in future!

After shopping for the previous fortnight online and in various other stores for a bed and mattress we decided to try dreams. Even though this meant travelling to the nearest store. After 30 mins with the sales rep he quickly understood our needs and gave us a variety of options. We found the rep did not place any pressure on us and gave us time to make the right choice.
