The staff were extremely helpful . I had spoken to them several times in the morning prior to my visit and they were all polite and knowledgeable about the products and didnt give me the impression that I was being a nuisance by asking lots of questions

The assistant showed me a range of pillows even pointing out some with older design covers that were cheaper..

because melissa was very friendly and very helpfull ,and plenty of beds and mattresses

We explained what we were looking for and Becky was able to provide a recommendation which met our requirements.

All aspects of the experience great Backy who served us was very attentive but not pressurising in any way. She walked away decreetly when we were discusding whether to buy. But we felt the service was very personal.

My partner and I was very pleased with the service we received from Melissa. Melissa was very knowledgeable about the products and pointed us in the right direction one we explained what we was looking for. She was very friendly and approachable .

Melissa is a great member of staff and was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Really advised us on the products and clearly had strong product knowledge and a strong customer service ethos. Nice also to be offered a tea / coffee whilst in the store and we were allowed plenty of time to choose with no undue pressure applied which we appreciated. New pillows offered for our use and shopping in the store was a good experience. Thank you.
