Becky who served us was excellent. She really took time to understand what we wanted and talked us through a range of mattresses. She was just really lovely and had a really nice sales approach.

I spoke to an assistant over the phone before coming to the store and received the information I required. On entering the store, I was greeted politely, shown the item I wanted and sold it without and fuss. I was offered the various additional product and selected the 8 year cover as being appropriate for me. The delivery date available was prompt and at a time that suited me. I left the store happy with my purchase. I wasn't pressured into buying anything I didn't want.
