Melissa was both friendly and professional, well dressed and very accommodating. Couldn’t ask for more. Even made an effort to offer me a drink and make an efffort to speak to my daughter.

The lady assistant went out of her way to help me choose the product without being pushy answered all questions and then left me to decide if it was what I really wanted, I was very impressed with the professionalism shown ,I can't praise enough or say anymore without appearing to go over the top

Knowledgeable friendly staff

I had visited the store before to browse and this time returned to look at making a purchase. The staff member Becky whom I had dealt with before remembered us instantly and was just as helpful as before. The bed I was interested in was not on display in the store however she still had excellent knowledge of the product and could identify which product I meant just from the name. She took the time to discuss the product and it’s features with us and was very helpful when deciding whether to take the 8 year cover out - she explained all the benefits and how easy and useful it is to have. Becky offered us a range of delivery dates and waited patiently while we decided which date best suited us. Becky offered us refreshments whilst we made our purchase and was helpful in advising us on other products. I would recommend the Halifax store and Becky personally to any family or friends as she made the experience very pleasant and easy!

The sales advisor went out of his way to meet my needs and show me every style of bed and mattress which i asked about. I asked about a crushed velvet bedframe and he showed me one on the shopfloor but then even told me that they had 2 divan velvet bases and headboards in clearance. I was thrilled to bits when i saw the colour of the divan bed as this was perfect for my sons bedroom. The advisor Gary was such a lovely helpful and kind gentleman who answered all my questions and efficiently processed the sale and arranged a delivery for me.
