Dreams - Halifax

We were served by Becky on our visit to the Halifax Dreams store. Becky allowed us to have a wander around at our own leisure but was there to assist when we needed advise. Often when shopping in stores of this nature staff members can come across as pushy and over the top however Becky allowed us time to look at the beds and mattresses and then offered us excellent service when we required it.

The assistant was extremely helpful, was not pushy and didn't feel forced into offers not appropriate to my needs. She listened and showed the best offers for me in my circumstances.

Becky could not do enough for us ..my sister is disabled and she did everything possible to help her with the electric bed she choose ..even offered us drinks ..could not fault the girl at all..will highly recommend to friends and family 💋💋

Staff member was extremely friendly and knowledgable and was not too pushy just helpful.
