Your colleague was very knowledgeable about your products, and surprised me. He did so without sounding condesending which I appreciated very much.

David and colleagues were helpful without being overbearing and they really new their stuff about the products.

Dreams colleague explained about different types of mattresses / divan and colour. He was very calm and polite and was not rushing us. no hard sell either.

We had a great experience at Dreams in Halifax made special by Melissa. Although We found what we were looking for ourselves pretty quickly she was very knowledgeable and asked her subsequent questions to make sure our choice was the right spare bed. Then We were shown mattress options and then on payment we were offered a very good rate of insurance with a free mattress protector which was a nice touch and bonus. Melissa was very friendly and was a natural sales person and processed everything quickly and effortlessly and really made us feel special and at home. A most enjoyable experience!
