Dreams - Halifax

Becky, Nigel and the rest of the team at Halifax dreams are very welcoming. We have been in a few times to browse beds and materesses, the team their walked us through the basic colour system and allowed us to view and try the products before we made our desicion, all in all the entire process from viewing to purchasing was incredibly easy and pressure free, we will be coming back to halifax dreams to purchase our next bed and a new bed for our young son. Thanks once again to Becky and Nigel.

I was highly satisfied with my visit to Dreams today as David, the Dreams colleague who served me was very friendly, knowledgeable and professiona. He listened to what I wanted and offered help and assistance to find the best possible products to suit my needs.

David was very professional and helpful when needed.

The assistant helped us with the urgent need for a bed as our house had burned down and was able to give delivery within a week by sourcing from other stores.

The store was clean and bright. The lady who served us (Becky) was really helpful and pleasant we were offered a drink on entering the store. Becky offered us advice on mattresses and frames before letting us browse at our leisure she was not your typical pushy sales person which was so refreshing. When we had seen a bed that we liked we informed Becky and she did tell us that they had an offer on a bed very similar that had been delivered incorrectly so they could offer it at a discounted price which was brilliant and as a bonus it also included bed linen. A top class service.

We were very satisfied with the help as soon as we entered the shop and welcomed by the assistant Debbie she showed us round and explained lots of mattresses to us as that war what we wanted to purchase , the store was well set out and very clean , our order went through very quickly and a delivery date which we were happy about , we will certainly recommend you to family and friends and of course shop here again

Melissa was very patient in helping us to find the right bed and size within our price range. There were activities for the children to occupy them.

i found a good quality bed to match my interior in a very short time.
