Staff assistance as soon as we entered the store, offered refreshments and left to browse at leisure without any hard sell. When we needed advice, staff on hand to ask. Got what we wanted.

Sales assistant was helpful but also left us plenty of time to play on the beds and try out the matresses

David helped us with his knowledge and was ever so helpful. He made us a cup of cofee and was ever so understanding.
