The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable , advised us on better options which turned out to be ideal for us, did us a good deal on purchase and made us an excellent cup of tea on a cold day !

From the minute we arrived we felt at home. The store manager David at the Halifax dreams was warm and welcoming towards me ,my partner and my 2 year old. He explained everything we needed to know about each type of mattress which helped us hugely making a choice that was right for us mattress wise with out that we would have been lost for choice . He was brilliant with a child and got him connect 4 out when it come to the "boring" stuff for children (The paper work ) which was indeed fast and easy . Great experience will defiantly be a returning customer :). Happy Happy Happy !!

Becky & other staff members of the Halifax store were very pleasant & helpful even offering tea or coffee. We were allowed plenty of time to test out all the beds & given help & advice when needed, we were even given various pillows to try too when testing the beds. I highly recommend Dreams & will definitely return for future purchases.

I was not pressured when visiting the store, was given good advice when i asked and was allowed to be left alone to look and test the beds before i decided to discuss what i thought was the best option for me.

David and Nigel were really helpful and so polite and informative. I would highly recommend this store. Such friendly staff, very tidy and clean.

The salesman was very helpful he let me try different beds he also helped up as i have difficulty getting up from a laying down position he was called David he offered us a beverage of our choice as well as explaining the different mattresses we would most definitely recommend Dreams stores to anyone in fact it was a pleasure to walk in the store i would most definitely go there again
