The staff are polite and leave to browse without being pushy. When you are ready to purchase they are ready to help.

I was recommended dreams from a friend, and had checked the rating on trust pilot. I found the experience to be relaxing there is no pressure and was made to feel at ease, any questions I had were answered well, I was also offered a brew while I looked at the product range.

Melissa was very helpful and helped us find a mattress, we also looked at a bed frame she gave us all the measurement for king size and double size.

The guy that served me was called David and nothing was too much trouble for him I even got a cup of tea we’ll pleased excellent service Mrs s Maye

Very impressed with the all-round service. The staff were pleasantly attentive and also knowledgeable; making sure that we found exactly what we were looking for. Everyone in the team offered us drinks but at the same time allowed us plenty of space to look around and make our own decision about the final purchase.
