The Sales Assistant was great, she came over & explained the different mattresses then game us time to explore them & kept checking on us giving us advice when we needed it. We found her very helpful

We purchased a mattress. The staff were very patient with us as we tested several mattresses for comfort. We were not put under pressure at any time to make a purchase.

Very polite let us lay on bed to try out and stated what we wanted in are order would go there again thankyou

Friendly, knowledgeable staff (Becky) who took time to explain products and help us choose the right mattress. She was very helpful and made us feel welcome right from entering the shop. Very happy with my mattress choices and range of prices. Overall highly satisfied.

Great experience. Felt like we were well looked after by Gary all the way through the sale. We were warmly greeted in store and offered a drink straight away. We were left to view the beds at our leisure and handled expertly when we had picked our bed. Would highly recommend. This service couldn't get any better.

Attentive service from Melissa. She had good product knowledge, was there when we needed advice or information but was not intrusive. We were not rushed into making a decision, given lots of time to ensure we were truly satisfied. She was totally charming and made the ordering process easy. The showroom was large with plenty of space between the beds, important when trying them out. Very good product range. Good range of prices. Choice of delivery dates given.
