staff friendly and helpful . good choice of beds

From entering the store to leaving I was totally looked after the salesman wasn't pushy and listened to what I had to say . Purchased a new mattress

Becky, the colleague that helped us was very knowledgeable and provided excellent advice that helped us choose the right bed for us. Once she explained the different products we were given plenty of time to try out the different beds without being given the hard sell or being constantly followed around the showroom. We were able to come to our decision regarding our purchase in a very relaxed, friendly environment. Becky processed the sale efficiently and pointed out special offer which we took advantage of. The delivery of the bed was very quick and easy. The 2 delivery guys were very friendly and gave us advise regarding the assembly of the bed. An impressive experience all round. Thank you!

The layout of the store and information was very clear and easy to understand

The assistant came to help us very quickly, offered us information, then left us to 'explore' without being continually pestered. We could easily ask questions, again without being continually pestered. When we asked for help, Gary at the Halifax store was extremely helpful and left us alone to contemplate our big spend (Tempur mattress). On ordering, again Gary was helpful and completed the 'paperwork' easily and professionally. (Expensive item - difficult for a Yorkshierman with short arms and deep pockets).

Barry was very knowledgeable and helpful and encouraged us to try various beds before we made our choice.

We desperately required a new mattress. The salesman recognized this but did not pressure us into a purchase and we were able to try different products before making our decision at a price we were willing to pay. The payment procedure was concluded with efficiency.
