Dreams - Halifax

I was helped by Becky at the Halifax store, after the sleep match she was very helpful in showing me the options and then to making the order.

This isn’t the first time that we’ve visited and purchased from this store. We was happy with our previous visit and we were happy with this recent visit. Both times we’ve left Dreams feeling highly satisfied.

Dec (the sales assistant) was attentive, knowledgeable ,pleasant , helpful and not pushy. All in all a good experience,

It was a quick and easy process, friendly staff and got what we wanted at a reasonable price.

The lady who helped was very knowledgeable, friendly and didn't push like some store assistance do. Think she was called fiona.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, fast service

Becky was really good with me and my partner from the second we walked into the store. She helped us straight away with the machine to find our best mattress and then guided us around the mattress which were recommended and also at the end we were unsure between a few mattresses so she gave us time to go try them out and when we had chosen the mattress she even made us some drinks to have while we had a short wait to pay for the mattress. Very pleased with the experience

Staff, specifically Decland was very helpful and understood all of our needs straight away! Highly recommend to visit their branch in Halifax!

The experience was smooth with the sales assistant (Fiona) providing the necessary information for me and my wife to choose a new mattress.

Was not pushy and left us to chat between us but kept checking if we was ok with out feeling pressured
